Volskwagen 2014
Urban to Performance Spectrum

Conceptual Project

Design Vision

A coherent family expressing rational precision and emotional restraint, unified by purity of proportion, tensioned surfacing, and a clear electric-era design identity. Each model interprets Volkswagen’s design DNA through its own typological lens — from urban minimalism to expressive dynamism — yet remains grounded in the same geometric clarity.

Across all variants, the family maintains Volkswagen’s disciplined rationality:

  • Unified graphics through continuous light signatures and planar LED integration.
  • Surface philosophy of restrained curvature with deliberate line control.
  • Aesthetic tone that is clean, intelligent, and quietly confident — a visual identity that transcends scale and typology

Commuter Concept

Proportion:
Ultra-compact one-box volume with short overhangs and a high glass-to-body ratio.
Surfaces:
Softly tensioned panels meet a seamless glass canopy, communicating lightness and urban efficiency.
Character:
Pure, approachable, and intelligent — a city companion embodying minimal environmental footprint and maximum design clarity.

Commuter Concept 2X2 A

Proportion:
Tall, narrow stance with monolithic glazing and vertical emphasis.
Surfaces:
Continuous curvature from front to roof creates aerodynamic smoothness; fine creases articulate precision and balance.
Character:
Optimized urban logic — blending compact efficiency with future-forward simplicity, signaling autonomy and electric drive.

CityCar Concept

Proportion: Compact, upright monovolume with short overhangs and a wide stance for urban agility.
Surfaces: Clean, taut, and continuous — milled precision with subtle concavity that animates simplicity.
Lines: LED graphics form a precise C-shaped frame; glass and body merge into a single seamless volume.
Stance: Planted yet approachable, with corner-set wheels expressing stability and control.
Character: Calm, intelligent, and purpose-driven — a distilled expression of electric urban mobility through precision and restraint.

SUV Family (City Cross, Crossover, Cross Over)

City Cross

Proportion:
Elevated stance, wide track, and compact cabin emphasize robustness with urban adaptability.
Surfaces:
Horizontal segmentation and muscular wheel volumes articulate confidence and practicality.
Character:
Refined toughness — capable yet urbane, merging the SUV typology with the language of precision engineering.

Cross Over

SUV

Coupe Concept

Proportion:
Low, wide, and athletic, with a long dash-to-axle ratio and fast roofline.
Surfaces:
Controlled curvature with crisp shoulder definition; light reflections emphasize sculptural tautness.
Character:
Dynamic restraint — a design that channels energy through simplicity rather than aggression.

Saloon Concept

Proportion:
Balanced and longitudinal, with strong horizontality expressing stability and maturity.
Surfaces:
Linear precision and clean transitions convey refinement and timelessness.
Character:
Executive understatement — sophistication distilled into elemental geometry.
