Twin Shark
sculptural synthesis of hydrodynamics
Conceptual Project
Ultra-low, stretched tri-hull stance with a broad beam and a low center canopy. The massing emphasizes aerodynamic and hydrodynamic balance — a horizontal composition that projects speed and lightness even at rest.
Taut, fluid transitions between planar hulls and the warm wooden deck create contrast between engineered precision and natural tactility. The continuous deck plane flows uninterrupted into the canopy, generating a sculptural unity of form.
Defined by sweeping arcs and converging tension lines, the geometry blends marine and aerospace influences. The canopy’s elliptical contour contrasts with the angular structural frame, giving the silhouette a hybrid aesthetic of organic smoothness and engineered control.
Visually hovering — the raised deck and recessed central void convey lift and hydrodynamic agility. The catamaran’s wide, splayed hulls express stability and minimal drag, while the high structural arch gives a sense of dynamic tension.
Elegant, avant-garde, and performance-oriented — a sculptural synthesis of art and hydrodynamics. It communicates futurism, craftsmanship, and precision engineering; a vessel that merges form and function into a singular, architectural gesture.
