Ideas driven
by client needs.

The desk is made primarily of dark stained wood, accented with clear acrylic and metal rods, suggesting a blend of traditional craftsmanship and modern materials.

The desk has a postmodern / deconstructivist feel, with a strong contrast between solid and transparent materials.

The play between curves and straight lines, as well as open vs. enclosed spaces, suggests the design prioritizes both aesthetics and functional zoning.

Key Features:

Features a wooden base with integrated drawers or compartments (though handles aren’t visible, likely push-to-open or concealed).

A vertical row of circular metal accents mimics the dot pattern from the model.

Metal rods run horizontally between the side panels, creating a visual continuation of the right side’s design.

The glass desktop is inset into the wooden frame and includes a curved cutout that ergonomically allows the user to get closer to the desk surface—ideal for writing or keyboard work.

A raised acrylic shelf toward the back-right corner could be used to place small devices, speakers, or decorative items.

Uses a ladder-like design with thick aluminum rods sandwiched between vertical wooden frames.

This open structure ensures legroom, visual lightness, and modern appeal while still being stable.

Wood: Predominantly used for the frame and structural elements, with a reddish-brown finish.

Glass: The central surface includes a large transparent panel, made of  glass, set flush with the wooden frame.

Metal rods: Sturdy horizontal cylindrical rods are used structurally on both sides—now thicker and more industrial in appearance, adding strength and aesthetic contrast.
