Clay modeling
shaping and creating three-dimensional forms

Clay modeling (or clay model making) for automobile prototypes was first introduced in the 1930s by automobile designer Harley Earl, head of the General Motors styling studio. CLAY is a malleable material that can be easily shaped, thus enabling designers to create models to visualize a product. Clay modeling was soon adopted throughout the industry and remains in use today.
Through a unique combination of skill and expertise, understanding forms and shapes, transforming two dimensional drawing into tree dimensional sculptures, providing realizations of the ideas and concepts of designers, creating the forms and shapes of the future.
Read - listening - exploration - compare - analysis - requirement.
The fist stage in any modeling project has to begin with the understanding of the idea and concept.
Interpreting two dimensional drawings and renders into a tree dimensional form
Innovation - Thinking - Creating - Fun - Integration - Alternatives - Modeling -.
Design shines new light when it sees the transformation from a piece of paper into fisical form.
Finalize - Check - Review - Launch - Presentation.
Development of the model alternative(s), after having defined which design alternative(s), these are developed using different tools to show in greater depth and detail each part of the project.
Finally the reveal of the tree dimensional form that shapes the future.
